Waited over 40 minutes with my feet soaking in cold water, only to have 3 walk-ins come in and they were attended to right away for the same service I was waiting for (pedicure). Worst service, will not return, will not recommend. I ended up just leaving.
I can’t recommend this place enough! Great atmosphere and kind, patient artists! I chose a more complicated design and the artists that was working with me did such a great job with it, and he was very patient and understanding when I decided to switch color. They are fantastic and really take their time to make sure they get it right! I recently got my nails done here, and I asked for a duck nail shape. While he was filing them, only three of my nails were actually shaped like duck nails, while the rest were square. I politely asked if he could fix them back to the shape I originally requested, and instead of correcting them, he aggressively grabbed my hand and cut the nails off he fixed the shape except for one.
