Horrible communication! I had an appointment set for 9AM, and nobody ever showed up. I called them multiple times, but no answer and also emailed and no response. My appointment was cancelled at 1:38PM with no explanation.

The 2 person cleaning crew really did a great job cleaning my house. It took about 5 hours to clean 2550 sq ft, including the oven, refrigerator, and other kitchen appliances. They were also able to come on only a week's notice.
My house is sparkling after extra deep cleaning done last week. The maid was on time, worked super hard and was independent too. The booking process was easy. I love the job done here and highly recommend Trendy Maids.
