This is a smaller company, which is a plus in my mind as you get the service of the owners Sue and Paul. We contacted them for blinds in our new home. Sue came out and measured out all the windows. They came in quicker then estimated and was installed by a contractor. The process was easy with Sues help. We had one issue with the blinds being damaged, which the installer pointed it out to us. We may not have noticed, so honestly is always appreciated. Sue has reordered the blinds as we speak. Great service.
The owner came and measured windows for the blinds and did not inform us of any incompatibility issues. Come installation the product would not fit flush with my windows because of the window handle. When inquired, the owner berated me and called me stupid saying it was common sense that the handle would interfere with the blind's operation. Installer was nice enough to help out.
Looks small on the outside but bigger inside and packed with amazing amount of high-quality blinds and curtains. We decided to do some blinds and curtains with them and the results were Wow!
