The customer service was top tier and the staff WAs knowledgeable about their products carried in their store. Coming from an area where there aren’t any black owned beauty supply stores. So coming here was breath refreshing and rewarding because I know they understand my needs. Very happy I came across this store!

About 4 years ago I shaved my head completely and decided to grow it out from the beginning. I should have learned my lesson about cutting my own hair but I didn’t! A month ago I cut off 7 inches blindly and cut my own bangs far shorter than I should have. From my bald days I would go to hair stores and often times had varying experiences, some good, some bad but I’ve never been to a hair store that was as kind, patient and accepting as this store!
