Arranged multiple times to come do a quote for a decent job, had mixed messages of times and dates that made no sense. Wouldn't answer his phone and when we made two solid times to show up he never did.
Time and date set for Dale to come out and look at the job needing to be completed. This was arranged over a week prior with plenty of notice. I received a text message from Dale about 45 minutes prior to the arranged time that morning with him saying I live too far away and I should get the job done by someone local. Very poor in that he knew where I lived right from the start and I had picked up his business card from a landscape place about 1km away from my home. Dale is professional and reliable. He provides great quality work at a good price and time. Dale was always punctual and polite. Will use his expertise again in the future.
