Meditation Monday's with Liz! 🧘♀️✨🧘♂️ Every other Monday at 6:00 PM in the Trends Spa, one of our massage therapists (Liz) will be offering meditation classes. ▪️ 30-minute classes ▪️ $10 per session Sign-up at Trends or send us a message to block a spot for you! *** All proceeds from September and October classes will go directly towards our fundraiser for the "Fighting for Friends" program for pediatric cancer. ***
