Absolutely horrible. Leahth talks to people like they are here children. Telling them what to do or what cant be done. She said hair wouldnt go blonde because of my age. Well it went blond, which I did want some but not the extent or chnky or uneven way she did my hair. Complained about her son the majority of the time.
