Great experience! I was afraid that my old e38 BMW was going to be complicated, but Sam knows 100% what he is doing. He sorted everything out and gave me a clear explanation and options about my car. Highly recommended.
I would never use them again. I found them dismissive and not very helpful. I was told my JVC radio doesn't have good reception out of town, it worked ok when I took it in to have aerial fixed, it barely works at all now in town, let alone out of town. Also screws fell out of panels, panel falling off onto the floor. Hopeless.
Had a full stereo installed, nice tidy work looks great. Had a small issue with signals but they were more than happy to get it sorted for me. Great guys and very friendly. Thanks team
Needed a replacement infotainment unit. Salesman didn't try to upsell me anything useless which I appreciated, very straightforward. Got it replaced two days after I came in for a quote, unit was professionally installed, works way better than the stock unit and they even fixed my reversing camera in the process of wiring things up. Was also $600 cheaper than what Honda were quoting me for a low end replacement while the one I got installed is a high end kenwood model.
