Unfortunately, they have not heard of the Americans With Disabilities Act. The only entrance has steps - not even a portable ramp to accommodate wheelchairs. I'm in the market for a refrigerator and laundry system. Their "accommodation" is to bring out catalogs to look at - no chance to see the appliances up close and personal. I'll have to look elsewhere.
I did not end of purchasing anything but they have a great selection. Oh my goodness the ladies who were working when I went in were fabulous. They were super sweet and very informative. Answered all my questions while smiling the whole time. It's hard to find a businesses where the employees are smiling. I didn't feel uncomfortable like I was bothering them. Would definitely go back.

My refrigerator broke and I live in Big Pine. I thought I'd have to drive over 70 miles one way, to find an appliance store. Well, this little gem solved my dilemma!! They have refrigerators, washers,dryers,dishwashers, wood & pellet stoves. They also have all the items(tile, counter tops, cabinets, handles etc) one would need to redesign a kitchen!
