I’ve been coming here for a while and have genuinely loved their work, which is why I’m disappointed to leave a less-than-positive review. I had a 2:30 appointment today. I understand that appointments can run behind, and I’ve waited before without making an issue of it. Today, however, I waited for exactly an hour.
