If I could give more stars I would. This is easily the best and most efficient office in the entire area, so good that I travel over 40 minutes just for a visit. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, everyone is so nice and seems to really care about you. Well done.
If I could give this review a 0 I would. Dr John Gilmore is absolutely so disrespectful to his patients and or spouse. Wouldn’t let his patient talk thoroughly without interrupting him. Super disrespectful to the other person in the room as well. Belittling you while asking questions or while putting in your own thoughts/concerns. Condescending as it’s best. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Appreciated care by Jennifer Crosby FNP (and her wonderful nurse Jenny) for 12+ years. Even followed her to Tomball when she moved from Fallbrook area, which requires a much longer drive. But now they eliminated any grace period. If you're 2 mins late, appt is cancelled and you're charged a $50 "no-show" fee. Appts are only 10 mins and always very rushed. *Referred to Dr Alison Pain MD, whose clinic not only offers a grace period, she is willing/able to spend however much time her patients need. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Arnel is always the person I can count on!! Jennifer Crosby has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication on the portal has been exceptional, consistently clear and timely. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond, even responding after hours. Finding a way to fit me in this morning was the perfect finishing touch!
