We hired Trendezza Homes to build a custom Craftsman style home for us in 2015. From the very start, material selections, costs, and scheduling expectations were known up front. Jon's subcontractors were all very skilled. Modifications to the plans were able to be done on the fly without a glitch in the production schedule.
