Sent a quote request on January 18 with a comprehensive description of what I was looking for, including product codes etc. Received an auto-reply but nothing else until I followed up on Jan 20. I was informed it would be another 3 business days. As of January 30, I'm still waiting... No updates, absolutely no follow-up from them. Not good enough! I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with Trend windows, the communication was fantastic and they did the very best to make my dream window!
Left a number of messages on a mobile number supplied for Ourimbah showroom. Never called me back. Called 13 number of a head office and after I explained that I am trying to get in contact with Ourimbah showroom and that no one is answering their phone for weeks now she connected me to the same number that no-one is answering twice??? Called again 13 number no one is available says. Impossible to get in contact with them. Customer service equals zero.
