Have had ongoing issues with doors not sliding well and door hardware locking us in the house. Trend ended up leaving the doors with some noticeable sharp edges around the door jamb which was very disappointing Update 14/12/2025: I got in contact and got the response "I have passed on your details and email to our QLD management who will reach out to you shortly" however no one ever contacted me.

Trend is the supplier of windows on our build, they builder chose them, and now one year past handover we've still got a window that doesn't close properly.. well.. unless slammed shut which seems to be the solution for the latest tech that came out to "inspect". They've been out to "inspect" this window and a couple others about 3 times.. that's 3 different times I've had to take time off work because they can't won't fix the issue.
