We recently installed Trend windows and a stacker door in our new build and unfortunately, I would not choose Trend again. The quality has been disappointing and, in our experience, did not meet the standard we expected from a so called 'premium' window and door supplier. The biggest issue is the stacker door. Since December 2025 we have been trying to resolve our stacker door issues with Trend windows with the end not yet in sight. Trend tried to deliver mouldy doors to me which I refused to accept. After numerous conversations they agreed to replace the panels. I was then strung along with multiple last minute delays and Wasted time arriving on site multiple times with the wrong replacement parts causing further delays, the doors arrived four months later than the original date in April.
