I’ve been working with Jessica and Sharon from Trend Windows Nowra for multiple years. Since I do window and door installation and outside warranty repairs, I’ve experienced them to be focused, knowledgeable and accommodating about getting my materials in without having any issues. I’m very impressed and relieved to be able to work alongside them in accommodating to the customers. Looking forward to a long collaboration for the future. Poor customer service. I have a problem with the order delivery, at no time was there a focus on how can we find a solution. It was attitude, too bad, we’ll give you your money back. I have no windows and the builder is ready. Advice to customers, go somewhere else to buy windows and doors.

Ordered and paid in full for French doors and a window. I was given a delivery date of 8 may. I got a phone call weeks beforehand confirming that date. It’s 3.22 on 6/5 no delivery and can’t talk to anyone. It seems to me the whole of trend has Friday off. I’m furious. Lost time, lost money.
