I have called multiple times and know one has bothered to reply!! I wanted to order a window some time ago and was told that they can't do that configuration..so I let my client know only to be told by said client that they ordered and paid for the exact same window I was told couldn't be built!!!!

I’ve been working with Jessica and Sharon from Trend Windows Nowra for multiple years. Since I do window and door installation and outside warranty repairs, I’ve experienced them to be focused, knowledgeable and accommodating about getting my materials in without having any issues. Poor customer service. I have a problem with the order delivery, at no time was there a focus on how can we find a solution. It was attitude, too bad, we’ll give you your money back. I have no windows and the builder is ready. Advice to customers, go somewhere else to buy windows and doors.
