From a Customer Service perspective, Ben Parish has been exceptional and went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding service. His patience and diligence to ensure that I received the best outcome was irreproachable. That said, there were a myriad of manufacturing errors beyond his control that will need addressing at a QC/QA level; yet Ben went through all avenues to try to rectify them.
