NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER! They might be cheap…but you get what you pay for. It’s been more than 6 months to get 1 Flyscreen! All supposedly through Strata, who are paying. I’m off to Fair Trading and the media. Useless, disappointing and disrespectful.

Ordinary customers service. By ordinary I mean non existent.
You have got to worry about a business who you email a full spec to for a quote. You receive a call back from them with a couple of additional questions. Two weeks has elapsed, you call the mobile number of the person who called you with questions twice, no answer and no return phone calls. Really!
Terrible experience, from the time the windows were delivered. Had to install the loose Sashes myself as they just wouldn’t come back. Save yourself the pain
