Not great, delivered without keys for the windows, damaged screen on the sliding door, no latch for the same door and they have a heavy handed window lock installer in the factory because they haven’t installed the locking mechanism properly and they bent the aluminium and torn more than one of them. One of the back splash windows and one of the awning windows in the first rainy day is leaking between the bottom joint of the aluminium frame. Obviously it wasn’t manufactured properly. We had Jason come and fix our windows. He was amazing. Not only did he fix what he was supposed to. He went above and beyond and helped get stickers off the windows which we could reach. Thanks Jason.
We purchased a Quantum sliding door and security screen. Elissa Newman was very helpful and the door looks great
8 weeks to get a quote. Multiple phone calls to check the progress of the quote with absolutely no return calls… what a joke!!! Go to Hi-Point Windows instead… they sent us a quote in 5 days and were great to deal with.
