Thanks to Matt and Scotty. Legendary customer service. They went above and beyond I’ve never met better blokes in my life. I will happily go to trend every time thanks to them. Outstanding performance, they’re the last faces you see and they take their services to above and beyond. Thanks boys for making my experience much more enjoyable.
I wish I read the reviews first. Super bad customer service, what sort of company doesn't answer the phone during business hours and then leave several messages with no return call? The products themselves are rubbish, screens don't fit properly and bugs and spiders just get in. Sliding door glass shattered when a small rock from the mower hit it, turns out the use 5mm, not 6.5mm and not even laminated, so the whole thing went everywhere in thousands of tiny pieces. I dealt with the Cardiff store, please don't use them.
Jason was great and was very helpful. He gave us the information that was needed and reassured us on our worries
Jason came to upgrade some of our windows. His attention to detail was next level. I would use this company again if Jason was to come back.
I have ordered 2 new windows and 1 new sliding door from Trend, happy with the quality that I have received and have been easy to contact.
