Jason came to upgrade some of our windows. His attention to detail was next level. I would use this company again if Jason was to come back.
I have ordered 2 new windows and 1 new sliding door from Trend, happy with the quality that I have received and have been easy to contact.
Not great, delivered without keys for the windows, damaged screen on the sliding door, no latch for the same door and they have a heavy handed window lock installer in the factory because they haven’t installed the locking mechanism properly and they bent the aluminium and torn more than one of them. One of the back splash windows and one of the awning windows in the first rainy day is leaking between the bottom joint of the aluminium frame. Obviously it wasn’t manufactured properly.
