After sales was poor with no return phone calls
What a nightmare after building our new house 4 years ago trend have replaced nearly all the windows on our house up to four times due to poor double glazed products windows left dirty when replaced rubbers damaged paint in the rooms scuffed Where does it stop Customer service is a joke book in at one time the come at another time I've got smoke coming out my ears Never ever use trend wIndows again a big no from me
Do not go with Trend. They were good until they were bought out. They use Jeld-wen glass and this is the major issue. They were bought out and must use Jeld-wien glass now in their windows and the double glazing keeps failing. Condensation in between panes so no point having double glazing. We are now up to having double glazing fail for the 3rd time on a number of windows. Nearly had every glass panel in it new horse replaced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME; Our new sliding doors and windows are awesome, however after a comedy of errors- no glass in the louvres for weeks. they finally arrive, and there are broken panes. another 3 weeks till they arrive. Then there were no keys for the louvres. We were given 8 keys for 2 windows. And then they had the audacity to say they will charge us as the louvre window LOCKS DO NOT WORK. By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I wouldn't use them if their windows were free. Avoid!!! Customer service is non existent and had to spend 8 months chasing up warranty replacement for windows that have failed twice already. Then replacements were installed with adhesive residue all over the glass.
