Absolutely shocking business, stay as far away from them as possible
I've been a Carpenter for 20 years and have never delt with such a bad company. The timber windows supplied to my job were built terribly with missing screws leaving mullions floating, nailing to close to the edge splitting the timber window beading, the top of the window where you put the architraves were in and out 3mm.. had to buzz them down to fit the arcs.. They only delivered 1 sliding door for my double slider on the 31st of October.. still haven't received it and my client now has one door and the other side has had ... read more
Extremely disappointing experience. Worse provider ever!!! Trend windows wrongly installed a sliding door in our house 5 years ago and we have been since then trying to get it fixed without success. We had to pay again for them to come and reverse the door that they wrongly installed, they have rescheduled it many times after we paid, finally they came on the 17th and they couldn’t do the job, not sure why… They said someone will contact us, no one did, so I called and they said that they don’t know when they can schedule it... read more
