I had a $700.00 hot tub cover delivered by them and there was zero notification that the package was delivered. They didn't knock on the door, leave a note or send an email indicating that it was delivered. They left it by my garage and it was sitting out there for over 3 hours. Luckily I had a neighbor that called me and told me it's been sitting out there. Best company I ever met to move freight trend gets done
This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Please beware if you choose to use them as a shipper. On 12/30/2024 I had inquired about my shipment and received this response. "Upon checking your shipment just arrived today at the hub terminal in CO and should be transferred to the KS terminal tomorrow and arrived on 1/2/2025. This should be delivered within 2-3 business days" On 01/06/2025 allowing what I thought was enough time I replied for another update my email which was never answered.
