I would say this company is TRENDing in the wrong direction. They initially scheduled delivery for the 7/10, but that date came and went with no updates. A new delivery date on 7/16 was provided, and they missed that deadline as well again without any communication. At this point, we have no idea what’s happening, and they have had possession of the the item for more than two and a half weeks.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Delivery was over a week late and when I checked on it I was told the truck broke down. I asked to be notified when they would deliver so I can make sure someone was home. I got two emails updating me and promising me notice before delivery. Without notice, and no one at home, they tried to deliver. The gate to my driveway was closed so they dumped the cover off in the trees next to my driveway. Worst delivery company ever!!!
Worst case experience I have had with a trucking company. No one answered their phone 80% of the time. They held my package in their terminal after telling me they shipped it out for over two weeks. They said they could not find a truck heading for Phoenix. Took three and a half weeks to receive once they had the package. No care for any customer service. Suggest you avoid them
Always check your weights before getting loaded here they always trying to put more weights then what Rate Con said, and after you tell them thats not what we agreed on price they are trying to be smart about it, and after all they told me they will unloaded me back they don’t wan to give me load and they intentionally pushed my unloading after hours so kept me there for 5 hrs don’t ever pick up from this company loads they will screw you over.Good luck with this place and my peace to you!!!!!!!!!
Was projected to be delivered on a Friday, got rescheduled for the next Friday, then got rescheduled again for the following Tuesday even though the product is sitting at the delivery terminal less then 5 miles from my house they are going to take an additional 5 days before they will deliver it to my house. would not recommend if you are trying to get something delivered on time.
