Was projected to be delivered on a Friday, got rescheduled for the next Friday, then got rescheduled again for the following Tuesday even though the product is sitting at the delivery terminal less then 5 miles from my house they are going to take an additional 5 days before they will deliver it to my house. would not recommend if you are trying to get something delivered on time.
trend transport was contracted to bring our new hot tub top from California to Indiana. They brought it on time with zero problems. Trend is a well run trucking firm I would definitely use them again
This transport company lost my package on the eighth now it’s the 19th and I still have communication blackout because they lost my package and they keep saying they’re trying to find it. You call the phone number for the company a it is disconnected. Judging by them overwhelming one star reviews, I would not choose going with this company
If you never want to actually receive your shipment, you've found the company! One month from California to Illinois and still no package. Customer service is an absolute lottery win to get ahold of and when they do answer, don't expect any answers as to where you package is or when you might actually get it. Online tracking just keeps adding two days to your "estimated delivery" date every couple days, no resolutions. Save your time, money and sanity, hire someone else for shipping.
Trend transport is supposedly is owned by Myspacover.com. At least thsts what I was told this morning. My cover was scheduled for delivery March 6th.... on March 5th I received notification it was delivered..... it was not. On March 6th I was finally able to speak to the first representative, Jhoanne who hung up on me. I then spoke to Dan.... who told me that it would be delivered on March 10th..... which is 11 business days.... that falls out of their 7-10 business day delivery.
