Horrendous customer service (non existent) literally cannot get a hold of anyone. Their tracking numbers are useless... They were out for delivery and didn't not deliver and for some insane reason chose to try again two weeks later. Easily one do the worst shipping companies I've ever dealt with.
Little to no information on shipments. They will push your delivery date by weeks. How they stay in business, I don't know.

Attention to everyone coming here for pickup: Be sure to confirm that the weight on your Bill of Lading matches what your dispatcher told you. We received a rate confirmation for 6,000 lbs, but they ended up loading 40,000 lbs onto our truck. After reluctantly unloading the freight, they even tried to steal our straps — absolutely ridiculous. Do not trust what they say; only trust what you see with your own eyes.
Quality service at reasonable prices! Great carrier and reliable!
