If you never want to actually receive your shipment, you've found the company! One month from California to Illinois and still no package. Customer service is an absolute lottery win to get ahold of and when they do answer, don't expect any answers as to where you package is or when you might actually get it. Online tracking just keeps adding two days to your "estimated delivery" date every couple days, no resolutions. Save your time, money and sanity, hire someone else for shipping.
Trend transport is supposedly is owned by Myspacover.com. At least thsts what I was told this morning. My cover was scheduled for delivery March 6th.... on March 5th I received notification it was delivered..... it was not. On March 6th I was finally able to speak to the first representative, Jhoanne who hung up on me. I then spoke to Dan.... who told me that it would be delivered on March 10th..... which is 11 business days.... that falls out of their 7-10 business day delivery. Horrendous customer service (non existent) literally cannot get a hold of anyone. Their tracking numbers are useless... They were out for delivery and didn't not deliver and for some insane reason chose to try again two weeks later. Easily one do the worst shipping companies I've ever dealt with.
Little to no information on shipments. They will push your delivery date by weeks. How they stay in business, I don't know.
Worst place they are here but not let you check in or load if drive cancel immediately Horrible experience
