Simon the owner is a great guy, very helpful and knowledgeable. Visited his shop in Lye and went through my options with myself and the bathroom fitter on what was available based on the size of my bathroom. Items arrived on time with no issues. Very pleased with what was provided.
Amazing customer service, especially from Dave. Visited a few times before final order was placed. Dave was very patient and provided quotes each time. Excellent after sales service too. Bathroom was fitted by fitters recommended by Trend, again excellent service provided by all. Would definitely recommend.
After visiting a few other bathroom specialists, we were recommended Trend Tiles by a friend and I couldn’t have been happier with both the quality of their products on sale and the excellent customer service. We met Dave who booked us in for a consultation and it was clear he knew his stuff (also a very nice guy). I discovered this place by chance. I only needed 2/3 tiles to complete a job, with a good match to existing tiles. They were extremely personable, went out of their way to help me; and I am really delighted with end finish, now that my bathroom is complete.
Excellent service and the end product looks amazing. I highly recommend.
