The quality of the items look brilliant but the service wasn’t there today. Last week we went in and booked an appointment. Turned up as per the appointment but we were waiting around for 20 minutes or so. Had to ask when we would be seen and was told another 15 minutes. We made the decision to go as we don’t feel waiting 30 minutes for a pre-booked appointment is right. It felt like we were being put second to other customers despite booking a week in advance. It’s a shame and was disappointing.
They say first impressions count well they certainly do !.James delivered the items for our bathroom this morning and what a very polite ,friendly helpful person he is .Thank you .I will post another review with photos when the work is completed
Great choice of bathrooms and tiles and really helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Neil for all your assistance with our order choices and to James for your help with our delivery. On a really hot day everything was unloaded with care and without delay, all the time with a big smile. Highly recommended all round. Thanks guys!
Had the most gorgeous bathroom delivered by the lovely James, today, with a great smile and sense of humour. Was very careful where he placed all the bathroom furniture. Highly rate this company, all the staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Exceptional service
