I visited Trend Technology Solutions to replace the broken screen on my MacBook Pro. I had called ahead, and when I arrived at the store, the owner's tone and demeanor toward me were horrible. He was verbally aggressive due to a misunderstanding about the computer's model year over the phone. As a business owner speaking to someone bringing him business, he was anything but professional. I was suggested this place by a friend when my laptop was giving me some issues. My first visit here to fix some keyboard issues was no problem, very wonderful and fast service at a good price. However my second visit to fix my laptop screen and get a new charger was everything but professional.
