The whole experience felt to welcoming. I came in due to getting a bad hair cut the day prior at another salon. Cicely and Ashley did an amazing job fixing my hair. I recommend!
My last haircut (at a different shop) was bad. Not my style and my hair wouldn't lay right, there was some miscommunication somewhere. Lauren worked with me to understand what I want and come up with a plan to get my hair back to where I want it. It took some time, but truthfully I was only appreciative that she was willing to spend that much time on a men's cut and not rush. Ashley gave me a fantastic haircut. She is both efficient and kind. It was all done and within a half an hour.
My color is a little darker than I want. My treatment and service was great. I would return and refer my friends.
