On February 24, I gave Brian Golino of Trend Pool Service, Inc a $1,500 check so he could order and install a new spa heater for me for a total cost of $3,000. Told me it will take two weeks. Three months later he won’t even return my phone calls. Crook!
I've had Trend Pools doing my service for about 4 months. Originally they were hired by Premier Pavers (they do great work btw) to clean my pool post paver installation and I decided to keep them on. At first all was ok, but I had to ask them to do some of the maintenance that was included in the cost (ie. clean filter). In the last month, I haven't seen any of the team come to my home. Not reliable
Brian G. is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me get my newly resurfaced pool balanced and up and running. He offered regular servicing, but didn't push it when I told him I'd do it myself. Instead of trying to upsell me, he gave me useful advice. I'll definitely call Trend Pools if I need help in the future.
