Incompetent management. Never answers emails. Always blames tenants for their short comings. Major issues in the building are blamed on the tenants who have no idea the laziness involved in the installation of 90% of building materials.
We had one of the worst experiences living in this building. Although it’s a new construction and we moved from a bigger apartment in North York, the management and facilities here are extremely disappointing: • Elevator Issues: Almost every week, the lift stops working. My friends hesitate to visit because the visitor parking spaces are consistently full, and this same issue prevents me from hosting an event in the party room. I'm wondering why there are only 7 visitor parking spots. In February 2025, abound 15 vehicles were vandalised in that trend's basement, and this marks the second occurrence.
Power went out flipped the breaker every last one and the power in my unit isn’t coming back wouldn’t recommend it here
