My friends hesitate to visit because the visitor parking spaces are consistently full, and this same issue prevents me from hosting an event in the party room. I'm wondering why there are only 7 visitor parking spots. In February 2025, abound 15 vehicles were vandalised in that trend's basement, and this marks the second occurrence.
Power went out flipped the breaker every last one and the power in my unit isn’t coming back wouldn’t recommend it here
Just moved into phase 2 and wanted to mention their client relations team is phenomenal. Ashley and Nick always respond very quickly and clearly care about your experience in the building - have addressed any need that arises. The quality of workmanship was also stellar in my unit, I had a number of upgrades done and my mouth hit the floor at how well they executed. They're definitely taking great care of us here.
