Staff is amazing! I have thyroid problems and have to be seen often and every time I go they are super friendly and caring! Dr. Clementina Ogwuma is AMAZING, she has very good manners and takes care of every concern and never rush’s as well as making you feel like doctors really do care!
This place should not be allowed to be labeled health care. Not only do they not care about their patients, they will actively blow you off and ignore your medical needs. I am in the midst of filing a formal complaint against this practice and their negligence. I would avoid at any cost, considering it is your health at stake. They sure don’t care about it. This Hurst office is amazing! When you find Drs that treat you with compassion and respect you tend to stay with them. My wife and I have been patients there for years. Dr. K and Tina are incredible Drs to work with. The nicest thing about this office is the great support staff. Donna up front always has something nice to say every time I walk in the door. Would not go back don’t recommend them to anybody at first it was okay getting things that I needed done but I was only taken care of because of a referral from dr kushawa however you spell it but Donna and him literally don’t do anything you literally just scheduling appointments to talk about your health if I wanted to do that I’ll google that but save your time and patience
I was highly impressed and satisfied with my experience with this institution. Dr.Kushwaha was extremely thorough and patient with explaining my diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan. I often feel extremely anxious with medical facilities, but I felt comfortable and taken care of from the beginning of my exposure with the front desk, up until my discharge.
