My mother’s home has completed after 2 years. We are happy with the overall experience and home. Any concerns or questions that we had was addressed promptly.
Overall, satisfactory experience and builder are professional. Our site supervisor Allan H. was standout and easy to work with. Even after handover, he has been responsive for minor warranty queries.
We just finished building our single-storey home with Trend Connection and we're really happy with how everything turned out. The team was friendly, professional and always kept us updated during the build. The quality of the work is solid and the whole process was smoother than we expected. Any issues or questions we had were handled quickly. Thanks to the team for helping us build our new home – would definitely recommend!
Construction began in August 2024 and the house in Box hill is still not handed over due to unresolved defects, especially in the driveway. Despite the contract being advertised and signed as a lock-down / fixed price, I was repeatedly asked to pay additional charges throughout the build. These included costs for changes said to be required by council (such as thicker windows), longer ground beams, and material price increases after COVID, which contradicts the expectation of a locked-in price. Trend Connection has provided a very professional service and has been proactive in resolving issues with the land bought on by the developer. The build quality is of a high standard and I am quite satisfied with the result. The Supervisor, Barry, was excellent at keeping me updated. All in all a good experience.
