I have a good experience with Trend Connection. They are a reliable and professional construction group. Thank you for our supervisor Alan, who was super helpful and accommodating, and only a call away. We are very satisfied with our new house.
Our experience with trend connection has constant battle with delays and poor communication. Its been two weeks that we have received the keys to our delayed built home. But even at the very last step of getting the OC, another delay with promised dates not kept and no compensation shown.
My mother’s home has completed after 2 years. We are happy with the overall experience and home. Any concerns or questions that we had was addressed promptly.
Overall, satisfactory experience and builder are professional. Our site supervisor Allan H. was standout and easy to work with. Even after handover, he has been responsive for minor warranty queries.
