Hi, I’m the owner of a home currently being built by Trend Connection. Our build in Box Hill started in August last year and it is still not finished. It has now been almost one year and four months, and based on the progress, it doesn’t seem like it will be handed over by January either. We have already escalated our concerns to management several times, but nothing has changed. We built our home with Trend Connection Homes this year, and the experience has been excellent. The construction speed was fast, and the build quality is top-notch. I want to specifically mention our Site Supervisor, Luke, who was amazing at resolving any onsite issues promptly. Also, a big thank you to Cindy in the office—she was always very responsive and quick with emails. The whole team made the process smooth. Highly recommended!
My personal experience with this builder has been very different from the many positive reviews I read beforehand. I can only speak for my own situation, but the contrast has been significant. In my case, the build has taken far longer than the timeframes discussed at the beginning. When I raised concerns about delays or sought clarification, I was frequently referred back to the contract rather than being given clear updates or proactive communication. She was extremely helpful and we couldn’t be prouder of the choices we made. Both Luke and Allan have been amazing site managers. Used Trend Connection to build our investment property. They were amazing every step of the way, providing guidance which made the whole project smooth. Everything was well communicated. Luke was our assigned supervisor. He provided us regular updates on the build and was very responsive in answering any of our questions.
