im not a professional so see this yourself. their maintenance told me it looks ok. but it doesn't look ok to me. also dripping noise can be heard in the bedroom underneath when it rains. not sure if fair trading can help with this or it looks ok to them too?
Very disappointing landscaping experience with Trend Connection. The turf has already been rectified twice, but significant gaps remain, with turf underlay material used to cover the gaps. I raised my concerns and provided photos, but was told no further rectification is required. They claim the landscaping is “professional”. The attached photos speak for themselves. 😂
Highly recommend Trend Connection! Their customer service throughout the building process has been fantastic. Communication was always timely, and whenever any issue arose or if there was anything I wasn't fully satisfied with, they were quick to address and rectify it without hesitation. A massive shoutout to Barry, our site supervisor. He is incredibly responsible, dedicated, and easy to work with. He really made the final stages of the build smooth and hassle-free. We are so glad to have had him looking after our home!
We recently completed the construction of our new home with Trend Connection Homes, and the overall experience was excellent from beginning to end.
