Construction began in August 2024 and the house in Box hill is still not handed over due to unresolved defects, especially in the driveway. Despite the contract being advertised and signed as a lock-down / fixed price, I was repeatedly asked to pay additional charges throughout the build. Trend Connection has provided a very professional service and has been proactive in resolving issues with the land bought on by the developer. The build quality is of a high standard and I am quite satisfied with the result. The Supervisor, Barry, was excellent at keeping me updated. All in all a good experience.
Hi, I’m the owner of a home currently being built by Trend Connection. Our build in Box Hill started in August last year and it is still not finished. It has now been almost one year and four months, and based on the progress, it doesn’t seem like it will be handed over by January either. We built our home with Trend Connection Homes this year, and the experience has been excellent. The construction speed was fast, and the build quality is top-notch. I want to specifically mention our Site Supervisor, Luke, who was amazing at resolving any onsite issues promptly. Also, a big thank you to Cindy in the office—she was always very responsive and quick with emails. The whole team made the process smooth. Highly recommended!
