I genuinely cannot understand how this builder has so many 5-star reviews when my experience has been the complete opposite. The difference between what I’ve gone through and what is written online is staggering. This build has gone far beyond the timeframes that were discussed at the start. When delays and concerns were raised, instead of accountability or clear communication, I was repeatedly told to “read the contract,” as though that excused the lack of follow-through on what had been promised. Id give them 5 stars if it wasnt for the crappy painters they used. The painting quality is an embarrassment, my 2 yr old nephew could do a better job. The issue was raised at handover 5 weeks ago. To date, have heard nothing back. Very dissapointed.

I had a great experience building my home with Trend Connection. The whole process went smoothly, and the team was very professional from start to finish. My office handler, Karen, and site supervisor, Luke, were both extremely helpful and always responsive whenever I needed assistance. I’m very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Trend Connection to anyone looking to build their home.
