Best combination of Quality Trust and Value than I could have hope for. We worked with Joe and Suzanne turning our 60 year old house into a home that we'll enjoy for many years. On time and on budget, looking better than we had planned. He has now also built new homes for 3 of our friends, each of them as satisfied as we are. We've heard a lot of stories about builders less than honest behavior, especailly in the wake of the hurricanes. We're very happy we found Trend.
RUN DON'T WALK from this builder! the rudest most unprofessional people: IMO Joe and his sister Suzanne can put together a house but you will suffer a long-drawn out excruciating process while being basically sold a bill of goods as the nasty, immature personality rears its ugly head.
