The owner of the business refused to finish initial scope of work(removed tile but not down to concrete...leaving work for others and trim not finish as originally contracted); billed for wood not used (but we paid), was going to use the wrong concrete mixâÂÂwasn't following manufacturing specsâÂÂuntil we directly called manufacturers and we then picked up the correct mix.
