This place is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend! John here with Trenchers Plus has been one of the most honest honorable people I've ever met. Beyond great to deal with. From sales to service etc these guys are the go to across the nation.
This place is awesome! If you need anything for forestry or digging more than likely they got you covered. I've been doing business with them for 10 years and I am extremely happy with the service and the machines. I have owned several wood chippers and stump grinders and I will not go anywhere else. I was in a bind and the employees went above and beyond to help me. It was a little after close when I needed support with some equipment. They stayed, opened the shop back open and helped me. For them to stay like they did speaks volumes of the business they run. I’ll never hesitate to send anyone their way.
I've been spending more time than I like at Trencher's plus, but the team there has done an excellent job with my aging Morbark chipper. I've been pleased with my interactions with everyone, but David in Service in particular has done a lot to keep me coming back. He's affable, knowledgeable and his personality takes the sting out of necessary repairs. I also feel like the turnaround times for the shop have improved, which is critical for a chipper dependent business like mine. Well done team!
