Has to be one of the worst servicing departments i have ever dealt with in my lifetime. Not only has the equipment "the brand" been unbelievably awful. You drop off a new piece of equipment that you purchased from them, they don't have any rentals or loaners and you are waiting a minimum of a month to get the smallest things fixed. The turn around is horrendous. Never would i ever buy from them again and use their servicing department. Go somewhere else. Just saving you a headache.

Stay away! Thought they finally got things turned around here but man I was way way wrong! Save yourself many headaches and steer clear of morbark and trenchers plus! Cost me over 13000$ in rental fees after them having my machine for 5 weeks. I finally had to call morbark myself. In the end nothing got fixed but a belt tensioner and pulley and belt. 13k for that. These guys at trenchers are complete hacks!!!! Please dont listen to the fabricated reviews. This place is awful!!!!

The salesman came up and demonstrated a machine for us and did amazing job wasn't pushy. And did exactly what we wanted

Tim in parts has been great helping me with my old T60 hydro seeder. He has been able to meet all my request and find the parts. Great guy, good people highly recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend! John here with Trenchers Plus has been one of the most honest honorable people I've ever met. Beyond great to deal with. From sales to service etc these guys are the go to across the nation.
