One year at Trench represents one year of putting myself first, even during the sleepless newborn nights. Stronger Moms became so much more than a workout. It gave me a community with other moms who truly understand the new mom battles but also celebrating the wins. It has become my outlet, my reset and the bridge through early mornings and that first nap. Starting stronger moms 2.5 months PP was THE BEST decision I made for me. I am so grateful for Erika and all the moms for their support!

A gym and workout class that feels like home. Erika and the trench team are welcoming, motivating, challenging, and full of community. I began the stronger mom’s class in September, it is something we look forward to weekly! It is a gym where moms can show up with their littles, meet new friends, and feel supported.
