Awesome Gym! The equipment is great, trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, community is top notch and programs are fun and inclusive! I highly recommend Trench! I started out attending the stronger women groups than got my membership and have currently just completed the 12 week nutrition program. I have learned so much since starting my journey at Trench and have had the best time and lots of laughs while doing it!
Trench fitness is the pinnacle of gyms for me, I have visited gyms all over the world and the equipment at trench fitness far exceeds my expectations, and I am confident it is suitable for all levels of enthusiasts.
Great gym! Tons of space, and a clean environment with everything you need for any type of workout. Perfect for powerlifting training with 4 combo racks, but also has anything else you could need to get any type of workout done!
Open space, friendly and knowledgeable staff, some family oriented options and all the equipment you'd ever need. Hard to beat it here.
