Rich, the finance guy at Jim Trenary O Fallon, MO, was very unprofessional. We bought a brand-new car with 5 years/60k mile warrantee. He said that we had to buy an extended warrantee in order to get a loan from GM finance because we were first time buyers. We told him, this was our third car. So, how could it be the first? Excellent car service. But, I walked in the door and could not even get to the desk because people were just standing in the way.. no greeting.....then I had to go move my car because it was not parked in the right spot.. when I RE-entered there was an employee who entered with me and was spot on ready to help me.. I wish I had asked her name. She understood customer sevice and was a wonderful woman doing more work than the other 4 standing around talking.
