The staff at the WIC office is very rude and unprofessional and if you're going to tell someone to call this number then someone should answer that number. I understand that I missed my appointment but I should be able to call and get a hold of someone instead of playing phone tag all day while I'm trying to work and then get a hold of someone who's very rude and disrespectful and well this well that and cutting me off and that's not okay I was nice I was not being rude to them I knew it was my fault but they need to act pro... read more
Trempealeau WIC staff have really bad attitude. Very disappointed in the staff at mondovi today. Also to add my kid is 4 years old and they gave him my first cup and spoon. They definitely should have different things for the older kiddos. Lacrosse county wic is so much better.
WIC Department could definitely be improved — they missed my appointment today! I called twice and even left a voicemail. In the past, I called to ask some questions about eligibility, and #1) I could not understand the lady with her accent, and it was super poor connection, and #2) they told me I was not “for sure eligible” even though they told me I would be definitely be eligible after I had my second baby.
