Brought something online on Monday AM for a friends birthday which was on Wednesday. Despite claiming 'rapid delivery' on their website, I'd heard nothing from them in 24 hours, so I sent them an email asking for delivery timings, I called 8 times during the day and the phone wasn't answered once. I also messaged them on facebook and heard nothing.
