Can never get in contact with anyone and when I do they don’t do anything. Got rid of our unit a month and a half ago and now it says we own $140 and our items are gonna be auctioned off even though it is empty. He will not answer calls or call back
Have had this storage unit for the past 2 years. I emptied it out a month ago and have been trying to cancel. Cannot get a hold of anyone!! Voicemail is full, email address comes back undeliverable. Thank goodness I could cancel my auto pay.
I appreciate John so much for working with me this last year. He owns a business and as such he could have easily auctioned my unit off but he's caring enough to work with someone as long as that someone follows through with their word. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking. It has temp control units and security gate which made me chose this facility in the first place.
