I have hated this complex since moving here. Besides the walls being EXTREMELY thin, staff is lousy. I have made noise complaints & nothing has been done. A leak in an upstairs apartment caused my ceiling to crumble & the person that came to repair left his tools after he was finished—that was a year ago & his tools are still here. I’ve made complaints about various other things & mgmt finds excuses as to why nothing is done to resolve my issue. This place is horrible.
If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. I was in search of an affordable, safe apartment complex that would be ok for one person and pets and Tremont was just that. I never had an issue with getting anything fixed, because it was always fixed that day. The staff was always super sweet, and would always be friendly when they saw my dog and I walking. I would have loved to leave a great review and even refer this place to my fellow travel comrades however that’s impossible with how they did me. After searching for a pet friendly furnished apartment in the area for a 3 month assignment Tremont Village finally popped up on my radar. I paid the $50 app fee, applied, had the background check done, and was approved same day for their 1/1 furnished corporate unit. $500 deposit was made and I was ready for my move in a couple of weeks. I loved it there so much! I lived there for 1 1/2 years and it was the best experience I've ever had with renting. The owners and employees are fantastic. The pool! The safety of the gate. The beautiful grounds. Gosh do I miss Tremont!
Friendly staff and very clean! Me and my one year old felt very safe!
