Excellent physicians, & an excellent staff. I have had a couple of longer wait times, but the care & attentiveness MORE than make up for that IMO.
Good doctors but terrible staff. Takes weeks to get necessary medication refills.
I do like the doctors in this office. Dr Rebecca is attentive. But the wait time is unacceptable. I have never been to this office without having to wait at least an hour.
Complete lack of communication, hopefully you are never reliant on them because they won't communicate properly. I had multiple communications in office, over the phone and email over the span of 4 weeks only to be told "you should go see someone else" while trying to work on an ADA request and get a doctor again, and never even got an appointment.
