This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The biggest issue was a serious privacy violation. I had just gotten out of the shower and was partially undressed when a housekeeper knocked once, quietly said “housekeeping,” and then immediately entered our room. We had not requested housekeeping, the hotel had specifically emailed us saying they do not provide automatic stayover service unless requested, and our Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Great location. But that was it! Room was extremely hot! Internet/TV didn’t work all weekend in room, and the window is facing the sun directly and the curtains were too short to be window treatments. I had to cover window with sheets so folks walking by couldn’t see in our room and to “try” to help block sun and heat. Will not stay here again.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Tremont Lodge! The pool, pickle ball courts, group clubhouse and amenities, gym, clean rooms, and spacious property allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves easily. We also love the location and proximity to Smokey Mountains. Highly recommend for anyone, either traveling as a couple or bringing your family. We will be back!
