The room we had bridal/honeymoon suite was very nice ( a bit to large for the 2 of us) was great having the space. Just getting to the room from parking was something ( just had to go up stairs that's all). The area the hotel had was really large. Only service we had was with the front desk, and they were nice and helpful. All together the place needs some updates, but in general a good place to stay, especially if you don't want to be in the middle of all the pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

Nice hotel. Good location. Breakfast was continental. No meat, pots, eggs. Waffles and breads and cereal. Juice. Rooms clean. Would stay again.

Tremont Lodge was an amazing venue for a wedding. The staff could not have been more helpful, thru the planning, our stay, and assisting older relatives with golf cart transportation. The venue is two stories with identical set up on both floors. A full kitchen, restrooms, and a view of the mountains. We were able to use the upstairs for the wedding, downstairs for the rehearsal dinner and reception. The recommendations for catering, wedding planner, and bartender were fabulous. We booked a one week stay at this location and opted to leave after one night due to the poor conditions of the rooms and overall property. When we told the front desk about our experience, they did not at all acknowledge the conditions nor did they apologize for the dirty rooms (for example, the rooms were very humid rooms and the floors were filled with dirt, dead bugs, and visible dust). So far, they have chosen not to offer us a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. I am waiting to hear from the manager and will update m... read more
