Disappointed: I placed an order 7/30/14 and was hoping to get the device in 2 weeks. It's 9/2/14 and despite two emails to their customer service (with no reply) haven't received the product. I'm really disappointed because it seems like it would be an alright device. The lack of customer service and sudden surge of spam email to my inbox leaves me doubting that this company can actually function beyond posting self-praising reviews.
