Tremont Cleaners is what I imagine to be the perfect cleaners. I stop in whenever my family has clothes that need cleaning and within a minute, someone comes out from the backroom to help me. I show her the clothes I have and tell her what I'm looking for (I need this spot out, this shirt needs a general cleaning, etc), she types in whatever she types, tells me the price and when to pick up. I have worked with Ana for the past 25 years. From First Communion dresses, to dance costumes, to pageant dresses and now wedding dresses, Ana has journeyed with me through all seasons of life making sure all of my outfits fit perfectly. The time and dedication she exhibits is unmatched. I would recommend her to anyone looking for considerate and individually tailored hemming services. She is a true pleasure to work with.
I took eight 100% silk scarves to be dry cleaned. They pinned their paper tabs to my scarves with safety pins. The safety pins created holes in all of my scarves. Most of the scarves had a tag that they could have pinned their tabs to. How does a professional dry cleaner not know how to treat silk pieces? It's such lazy and careless work.
