I cannot even begin to describe how fantastic of a jeweller and guy Simon is. When I first met Simon, I had a rough budget and broad idea in mind for an engagement ring. Simon helped me understand the dynamics of clarity, cut, colour etc and never tried to upsell something he knew wasn’t right. staff is friendly but service wasn't great. Had link removed from bracelet and the link was not soldered, when pointed it out told me it came that way and wanted to charge additional fee. charging 300/hr
Friendly and helpful, got a ring adjusted and definitely did a great job!
