they do nothing but make excesses, on why not to honor their warranty, that is after 6 months trying to get them to respond of course
I purchased a new home with a Tremco-installed basement that developed 2 cracks, allowing water to seep into the basement. I reported this to Tremco over 2 months ago, filed a work order on line (as requested) and included photos. The product and work is under warranty. So far, I have received no answer to my request. This lack of response is unwarranted and shows a lacl of commitnment to customers
