Very poor service. Scheduled a pool closing in the fall, they never showed. They said they thought they had already closed my pool, still took weeks for them to come and actually close the pool for the season. Called April 10th to open the pool, earliest appointment was May 11th. Today is May 15th and they still haven’t come to open the pool as scheduled!
We love our pool from Trembley Pool & Spa! They have fantastic customer service and are always willing to help when issues arise.
I've tried to support and buy my pool supplies from Trembley Pool, but my last experience I think I will go online and get my pool supplies. I was excited when I was in about a month ago the gal that was in there said she had just got back from taking class on the perma salt pool chemicals, now I could support the local business. They were up front with me last year and told me they didn't know about the perma salt pools.
