Rosie’s Pilates class at Tremble is amazing! She brings such great energy and knows exactly how to push you beyond what you think you can do—all while keeping the class fun and encouraging. My favorite tremble location! Janelly is the BEST instructor and I absolutely love the vibes here. Every class is challenging the best way, I can’t wait to come back!! I hope they will be on ClassPass so I can take more classes!!
Great class! Rosie’s queues were very easy to follow and her suggestions for amplifications and modifications made it simple to adjust to any level. I will definitely tremble my happy self home.
