Tremble is a great HIIT Reformer Pilates workout. It’ll get your heart rate going and target muscles we don’t typically focus on at the gym.
Monica was great. Studio is very clean and welcoming. Machines are demoed if you’re new. Loved it.
Went to my first class today at TREMBLE, and I must say Andrei was AMAZING! Signed up for a 5 pack and get wait to go back!! 10/10 recommend.
Love this work out so much! Great instructors and environment. Always clean!
