the monitor on my child's bus doesn't even get off the bus and stand in the road to assure of the children's saftey ,she just sits on the bus and drinks coffee and eats donuts ,I have complained about her to tremblays before and nothing was done ,Why should she even be working for a bus company ,She is putting lives at risk and driver doesn't say anything about it obviously ,She yells and has sworn at students also, not nice, more concerned about getting to her nail appts . Well I am New In The Company and in such a short time I have had a Super Good Experience .. And the most I like about the company that all the drivers and the Monitor are like family ... Personally, it is my First Job I feel super comfortable and it is a nice experience for me ... I recommend to anyone who enters this company as a driver or monitor ... Very Grateful
The driver tried to have my guests leave the event a half hour before the scheduled time. The coordinator also had no idea who I was and couldn’t find my file, when I called the week before to confirm everything.
