I have consistently had negative experiences with the reception staff at this office. Communication is often dismissive and condescending, and I have been spoken to in a way that made me feel belittled or unintelligent. I have also experienced being hung up on mid-conversation and having my calls ignored. All this is sounding way too familiar to me. Wow! Thought it was just me. After reading this I feel much better knowing, not just me. After 25+ years changing.
I have been a patient of Tremblay since I was born, and now Armin, so 22 years now. They have always been great to me, however the customer service of the receptionists is awful, I can’t speak about all of them however there is one of them that I have had the displeasure of dealing with on a consistent basis and she is always nasty when I ask for anything.
